A Brief Overview
The CRM Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of our CRM and sales enablement operations. The individual will help create, develop and implement processes, as well as provide end user support. Additionally, this role will support marketing efforts as needed.
What you will do
CRM:
Assist with lead generation/acquisition and efficiently/continuously route prospecting leads and campaigns to ticket sales and service teams. Assist with day-to-day management of data cleansing, data entry accuracy, validation, and data integrity. Assist in the development of customized reports and dashboards to measure the success of CRM campaigns and other ongoing projects. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing issues, and ensuring smooth CRM operation. Sales Enablement: Assist with building and maintaining automated sales and service sequences to improve the customer relationship management process. Assist with the sales enablement platforms including user and license management, new user setup, roles and permissions. Collaborate with ticket sales department to align messaging with current marketing campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and synergy. Other: Assist with internal training for new and current users and provide documentation and support guides to maximize adoption for both CRM and Sales Enablement Represent the department by having the flexibility to attend games, activations, and community events to conduct data capture as needed. Education Qualifications BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, etc. Experience Qualifications 2-4 years Related work experience Experience working with CRM and sales enablement systems (Microsoft Dynamics is preferred) Skills and Abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously and implement last-minute changes as needed Proficient in Microsoft Outlook products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new programs Highly organized, detail oriented, quick learner, strong writing and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays Assertive, self-motivated, and a self-starter Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management
Pay Scale: $20.15-$25.00
