Job Title: CT Technologist Job Specialty: Radiology Diagnostic Job Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Night - 7.5x5 - 04:00PM - 12:00PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per week Experience: 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist License: A valid license as a radiologic technologist, nuclear medicine technologist, or in radiation therapy issued by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Certifications: Post-primary certification in computed tomography issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred Must-Have: - Experience with relevant equipment- Proficiency in English: Read, Write, Speak Job Description: - Perform CT scans and ensure images meet diagnostic requirements- Operate computed tomography equipment effectively- Maintain a safe and clean working environment- Adhere to protocols for patient safety and care- Collaborate with radiologists to provide quality diagnostic imaging- Follow all regulatory and departmental guidelines- Ensure accurate patient records and documentation- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
