Must hold a Secret or Top Secret clearance to be consideredEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Duty Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4:00pm Assists the Project Manager in ordering departmental supplies.Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition.Completes all duties listed on the daily schedule and maintains daily upkeep of assigned areas and equipment.Performs routine maintenance activities.Performs heavy cleaning duties.Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors.Gathers and empties trash.Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities.Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment.Cleans windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers.Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture.Shampoos or steam-cleans carpets and rugs.Restocks toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, etc.Qualifications: Must hold an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.High school diploma or equivalentTwo (2) or more years' experience in housekeeping on Commercial-Industrial or Government building equipment.Experience and knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents in English.Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly walk for extended periods; required to sit; use hands to finger, handle; or feel; reach with hands and arms; talks or hear and test or smell.
