Custodian

Trillium is Now Hiring a Custodian in Valley City! This is a first shift position working 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday. The starting pay rate will be $18 to $19 per hour, depending on experience. Job Description: -Communicates well with others. -Clean, sweep, dust, mop, wash, vacuum polish, and wax when and wherever needed. -Keeps shop kitchen & all restrooms clean and supplied with towels, soap, and other necessary items. -Window cleaning inside & out. Collects and disposes of trash from inside and around outside of building. -Empty hoppers of scrap steel. -Use lift truck/tow motor to move pallets of supplies, as required. -Keep shop aisles clear of obstacles and liquids, using floor sweeper & floor scrubber daily. -Performs outside work, as needed, such as cleaning walkways (year-round), mowing/edging, weeding & trimming of landscaping, shoveling, snow blowing & spreading rock salt.
