Paid classroom and hands-on training are provided. Will be trained in basic insurance knowledge to assist with handling inbound and outbound phone calls, researching and how to gather information; assist customers with general property insurance questions, confirm escrowed insurance premium payments. Once you meet and exceed NGLS KPI's you will become a Customer Care Associate!Customer Care Associate – Our Associates are responsible for assisting customers obtain proof of their property insurance coverage and ensuring insurance premiums for escrowed loans are received and paid on time. Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $17.69 - 23.82 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications. At National General, great things happen when our people work together.
