Customer Care Representative

RiskOne HR Consulting is seeking for a
Customer Care Representative
in the automotive industry responsible for providing exceptional service, solving customer issues, complaints, inquiries, and coordinating appointments for the Service department, keeping customer satisfaction and quality of service.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Previous call center experience (preferred).
Telephone customer service experience, preferred in the automotive industry.
Strong verbal, written and relational communication skills, with ability to appropriately interact with customers.
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office.
Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
Bilingual (Spanish – English)
