Customer Logistics supports the vision of Global Operations in making LEGO® the supplier of choice for our customers. The role exists to ensure the operational backbone in the supply chain is connected to the true needs of our customer and with that, enable supply chain capabilities to deliver the right service.

The person in the role will have the opportunity to work broadly across multi-functional teams in the value chain, travel (as required), and be exposed to our global customer logistics network to share and re-apply best-in-class processes. The role opens to opportunities for further career advancement within the SCO.

Core Responsibilities: The candidate will drive continuous improvement to optimize the End-to-End Supply Chain till goods are received by our customers. The geographic scope of the role is to serve our AMS market and the role will be based in Boston, Ma. The role of a Customer Logistics manager crafts new value by improving overall service to customers, while balancing trade-offs/efficiencies on cash and cost. Key deliverables include: a) to identify and deliver projects/initiatives in partnership with our customers that enable sales, improve service, cost, cash, and sustainability goals.

b) to meet (or exceed) target service score versus annual Customer Pulse

c) to support new customer on-boarding including set up of logistics terms To build knowledge and provide transparency of the market retail landscape, customer requirements, including the critical metrics important to win our customers. To establish collaborative partnerships and strong collaborator management (internal and external) to drive value creation initiatives. You will be expected to work independently collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and external customers in the market (and in the regional market group where appropriate). To drive regional supply chain projects/initiatives for SCO that drives scale and efficiencies in serving our customers and different channels in AMS. This role will also be assigned to lead a regional customer and/or process within the AMS Customer Logistics team to drive governance, establish capability, and deliver value through continuous process improvement. Do you have what it takes? Demonstrates good understanding of E2E supply chain operations from factory to customer shelves. Validated track-record in proactively driving outcomes, team collaboration, communicating effectively with collaborators, and influencing skills. Demonstrated examples in leading continuous improvement projects, good knowledge on logistics cost drivers, and experienced in managing trade-offs within the value chain. Experienced in project management and exposed to managing a diverse set of collaborators. Ability to work with a remote functional team and ability to thrive in a diverse, multi-cultural organization sitting across different geographies, cultures, and time zones. Ability to navigate ambiguity and take judgment calls. Relocation support is not offered for this role Previous working experience in Toy industry or functional experience working for Sales, Customer Service, and/or Customer Development work. Previous experience using SAP and other advanced features/tools from Microsoft like power BI Experience in Agile project management methodology will be valuable. Multi-lingual skills (English, Spanish, Portuguese) will be a big plus Boston office based position; minimum commutable days to office is 3 days per week.
The salary for this position has a range of min 109,194 to max163,790 annual based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate's professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
