Responsibilities
Carry out support and follow-up activities for the continuity of the service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Help, advice, or guidance to customers on the operation, use, and application of services, products, or equipment offered by the Company.
Follow up on the after-sales process of products and services.
Carry out the reception, registration, processing and follow-up of requests, reports of problems and service complaints, failures, and damages in a comprehensive manner, informing the customer about the service process, until its conclusion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Fulfill and process service orders.
Deliver periodic reports as required on the services offered and the needs of the clients.
Comply with the work schedule as agreed with the Supervisor.
Attend meetings convened by the Supervisor of the Department.
Perform daily entry of services offered and required to Salesforce.com®.
Archiving of documents.
Receipt and Verification of Service Agreements.
