Job Title: Customer Service Rep (No experience required) Job Description

Provide front desk customer service as well as over-the-phone customer service to tow drivers, auto auction customers, individual customers for insurance purposes, or anyone looking to salvage their car. In addition, you will handle entering car information into the system and complete filing and data entry tasks.

This is a fully on-site position in Monticello, New York.
Work Environment

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch. This is a small office setting, and you will work with the Branch Manager daily, mainly copying and filing paperwork. The dress code is business casual. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the car industry and learn about various insurance organizations.
