Customer Service Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers
Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
Provide top-notch customer support and client services
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Type and input customer information into the system
Work in a fast-paced call center environment
Qualifications
Proficient in English language
Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.50 - $10.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
