TrustMark is currently accepting applications for qualified individuals to evaluate retail stores in Puerto Rico to analyze customer care experience at each store visited. Team members be researching customer-related issues Analyze business processes by gathering information, analyzing requirements, and defining and documenting issues related to Customer Service processes. The pay is outstanding, flexible part-time, full-time and seasonal schedules, plus benefits for you.
Requisitos:
Student, Graduate, Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
