Excellent customer service skills are an asset that we are looking for in those that wish to learn the green industry to assist customers in selecting the best lawn care and exterior pest control services for their properties throughout the Southern Maryland area.

Customer interactions by phone and occasionally in person
Answering and generating high call volumes
Customer account documentation after interactions
Data entry from unsold leads for marketing purposes
Scheduling and rescheduling estimates or walkthroughs for customers
Reports and Data collection
Customer Retention Skills
Accounts Receivable & Collections Account activation
Dependability- Follows directions, responds to management direction; completes tasks on time
Teamwork - Contributes to a positive team environment and works well with others to meet deadlines Must Haves:
