Job Title: Customer Service III Location: Lake Bluff , IL Pay Range: $20.50/hr on W2 Whats the Job? We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from healthcare customers. You will be responsible for providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experienced with ERP systems like SAP, and capable of multitasking across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing information to healthcare customers in a timely and accurate manner. Utilize databases to retrieve and manage customer or company information. Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve customer inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and consistent service quality. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, switching between calls, emails, and various platforms. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and use critical thinking to handle complex customer issues. Maintain a high standard of communication, exhibiting patience, empathy, and professionalism. Required Skills: 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams). Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of calls and emails efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to follow SOPs and identify when to seek assistance. Good team player with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare industry. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems. Additional Requirements: Must score 80% or higher on all training assessments.
