Customer Service & Logistic Rep.

The Customer Service Representative will join our sales team. Will be the contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales executives and contribute to the Sales Process.

To work most the time in Guaynabo.
Requisitos:
Requirements •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
•Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service or related experience
•Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
•Excellent written and verbal communication (Spanish and English)
•Polite and effective telephone communication skills for handling customer calls
