Customer Service (Lunes A Viernes 8Am - 5Pm) ~

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving orders and routine inquiries from internal and external customers via email, phone or EDI. Processes orders, compiles necessary research, checks inventory/stock, and reviews order inquiries. Uses Customer Service skills to communicate professionally, clearly, and promptly. Accountable for all aspects of order entry and customer follow-up.
Requisitos:
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary diploma preferred.
2+ years of Customer Service work experience.
Excellent telephone and email communication skills
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Strong Microsoft Office skills and capacity to learn and master company system applications, including Oracle, Customer Portals (i.e. Retail Link, B2B Portal), internal reporting tools, etc.
