Work with customers and prospects via phone and emailHandle incoming email messages and website submissionsAnswer incoming phone callsProcess quotes, orders, invoices, and payments Handle issues that arise in the ordering process (clarification on order details, missing customer data, shipping issues, etc.)Update CRM database with updated or corrected customer information Skills & Requirements
Superior communication skills (email and phone)Knowledge of customer service management practicesPositive, can-do attitudeExcellent organization skillsGreat attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when executing tasksProblem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyGeneral computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and a database system
