WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: High school diploma or equivalent Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to navigate a desktop computer and multi-line phone Knowledge of healthcare payers and MI collection laws preferred Knowledge of insurance eligibility preferred WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Answer customer calls and assist with questions about their statements Data entry (updating customer information, documenting customer inquiries) Follow up on accounts where payment has not been received Obtain written orders from physician and verify insurance LOCATION & SCHEDULE: 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Flex schedule available after training period REMOTE/HYBRID TERMS: Must train on-site Hybrid, remote, and flex schedule options available after training WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
