**Customer Service - Remote Position**

Our Customer Service employees work closely with State Farm Insurance Agents to schedule appointments for their existing clients to review their current policies. The goal is to make sure policyholders leave feeling protected and aware of what policies they have.
* Maintain a workload of 20-25 agents.
* Produce 150-200+ outbound calls per day to clients.
* Schedule an average of 20 appointments each day for clients.
* Call to confirm appointments the day before.
* Check-in with agents frequently to ensure they remain on service.
* Provide excellent customer service to clients.
* Collaborate with other teams in the call center to produce high-quality results.
What we are looking for:
* Employees who can work full-time 40-hour weeks.
* Customer service experience.
* Ability to communicate via phone, and e-mail.
* Willing to communicate with team members.
* Able to work under low supervision.
* Strong Multi-Tasking skills.
