We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a critical role in maintaining positive relationships with them. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, complaints, and other issues that may arise. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities include: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, via phone, email, or chat.Identify and resolve customer issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills, following established procedures.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, entering them in the company's CRM system.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and document their feedback.Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to ensure customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures and make suggestions for improvements to management. Requirements Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
