As a Elite Coffee Shop in Bayamon we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
```Duties```
- Answer incoming calls and customers inquires about our products and menu.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, food quality, spaces of dinning with a high standards of service and environment, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their orders
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our database from POS System, inventories, reports, etc...
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products or services
- Knowledge with a food and beverage process with food safety principles.
```Skills```
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills and self presence.
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products or services
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
