The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. The Customer Service Representative will support the customer's necessities. Will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails, fielding customer questions, complaint and retention customer. Also will be transferring potential leads to our sales team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily contact with customers by telephone, email or letters.
- Diligent follow through with consumers' inquiries.
- Respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to consumers.
- Ability to ascertain and evaluate all relevant information to answer questions about our products and services.
- Redirect customers to appropriate departments and teams when appropriate.
- Input consumers' information in the system and maintain customer databases.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Provide the welcome call to new customers through phone calls and emails.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Manage lead source database and / or CRM.
- Coordinates the daily agenda for new installations and services.
- Assist in other customer's necessities with other Departments.
- Assist in the customer retentions.
- Responsible for taking the first call of support and channel it to the different technical and take a call log with each attended customer information.
- Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enjoy helping customers choose the best alternative
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related role is preferred
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools is advantageous
- Customer Service Oriented.
