To strengthen our Team inPuerto Rico at our Guaynabo Site, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Your Role
You enter orders and generate manufacturing tickets
You manage customer calls and provide support with order status, returns, shipments, and products in a professional manner
You resolve customer issues promptly and accurately in a manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty
You support Account Manager with administrative functions, reports, customer data and customer visits
You are the liaison to manufacturing and all cross functional teams
You are responsible for pricing verification accuracy on PO, new pricing implementation and use of updated price lists
You verify specification requirements to art, structural drawings, dies – technical understanding required
You create and maintain customer requirements database to include shipping preferences, receiving hours, order tolerance, sample requirements, proofs, etc.
You define customer priorities with planner and assure changes are communicated and managed on a timely manner
You assist with new customer credit application, information form, establish customer profile in system
You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, production, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives
You assure all first print samples are pulled and provided to customer upon new art runs per customer requirements
You manage customer finished goods report and coordinate customer reviews on a regular basis
Your Profile
You have a College Degree
You have five (5) years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment with multiple product lines, pharmaceutical printing/folding industry experience preferred.
You are Bilingual, English and Spanish, both written and verbal
You are customer focused – proven ability to provide consistent high-quality service
You have strong telephone etiquette
You demonstrate good judgment with the ability to make quick, sound decisions
You have aptitude to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
You have strong organization and documentation skills
You have strong time management skills
You are proficient in Microsoft Office software required (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
You are a problem solver
