Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Contract 6-12 months (likely to extend if they do well)
Pay rate: $21/hour
Hours- 8:30am-5pm
Location- Onsite daily in Franklin, MA (just off Route 495)
Must haves: -Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Comfortable making outbound calls to customers
-MS Office (including basic Excel)
Preferred: -Customer service experience
-Has made outbound calls before
Job Description: The Customer Service Specialist is making outbound calls to customers to help get merchandise returned (reusable corrugate packaging). We can provide an easy script if the candidate wants it. You will then enter notes into Excel (such as left message on 8/16/24).
Responsibilities:
Make outbound phone calls to customers. Maintain accurate client notes and records in Excel and do basic internet research (like googling a company's phone number) All other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications:
Experience in customer service preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner Excellent organizational skills Proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) High School graduate
