WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: High school diploma or equivalent Effective verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to navigate a multi-line switchboard and company provided laptop Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Answer incoming calls from patients and referral sources Answer incoming phone calls from patients Accurately enter new patient information into company computer system Obtain written order from physician, verify insurance and generate orders Ensure the customer and referral sources are kept up to date on order status Familiar with diabetic testing orders and continuous glucose monitors Problem resolution of missing orders to include UPS/USPS tracking SCHEDULE & LOCATION: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI 48015 REMOTE TERMS: Must train on-site for 4-6 weeks.
