Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams Resolve customer inquiries and process orders efficiently Provide proactive sales support and upsell additional services Handle customer interactions via phone and in-person Coordinate service deliveries and installations Manage billing and payments Address customer complaints and find effective solutions Qualifications: 1+ years of customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to learn new systems quickly
