Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
Requirements
- Proficient in English
- Strong computer skills for data entry and analysis
- Previous experience in a customer service role or call center is a plus
- Ability to provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems

Pay: $11.10 - $11.72 per hour
