Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general support to customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.

This position performs various campaign duties including, but not limited to:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Update customer information in the customer service database.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution of their issues.

Can work in a structured environment for the duration of their allotted full-time schedule taking high-volume customer calls.
May commit to 100% attendance for five to eight weeks of paid training.

Requirements:

You must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
You must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test.
You must be able to work in person at our offices in San Juan.
Hours of operation Monday to Friday 10am to 9pm.
