**Customer Service Specialist (Part-time) Temp to Perm Opportunity**
**Job Summary:**
Our growing business is looking for a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer innovative solutions to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge.
This will be a temporary part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to full-time permanent employment.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
* Maintain high level of professionalism with clients, working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
* Update customer information
* Work with the management to stay updated on product knowledge, and company policies
* Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving, and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
**Job Requirements:**
* High School Diploma/GED, Associate Degree in business related field preferred
* 2+ years Customer Service experience in fast paced environment
* Food industry experience preferred
* Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience and knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
* Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines
* Possess an outgoing positive attitude
* Team player with strong work ethic

* May encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day
* Regularly required to sit, talk, and listen
* Repetitive hand motions, and occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 20 lbs
