Customer Service | Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead our team in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, motivating agents, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Schedule: - Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of call center agents
- Develop and implement performance metrics and goals
- Monitor call quality and agent performance
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requisitos:
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a call center supervisor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
