Description of Role…
As a Customer Success Associate, you are responsible for maintaining a relationship with our customers. You assist with needs and requests and provide a unique and efficient service. You are responsible in managing our customer's questions or concerns regarding PRL's products/services and assure requests or claims are attended and completed in a timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Primary point of contact with existing customers.
· Creation of new customers and accurate quality check of customer files.
· Customer liaison for claims and concerns, handling complaints, returns, and nonconforming materials. Provide prompt, courteous, and clear answers to all inquiries.
· Working with the sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints.
· Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.
· Communicating with customers in-person, through email or chat, over the phone or on social media.
· Monitoring customer satisfaction levels. Provide regular tracking and reporting to the team leader.
· Verification and validation for PRL's in-house documentation: Bill of Ladings (BOL), Manifests, Order Delivery (Proof of Delivery), Hazmat Report, etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Great communication abilities, including written and verbal communication.
· Patience, empathy, and professionalism.
· Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
· Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation and other software.
· Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
·Ability to work in a team setting.
· In-depth understanding of the company's products/services.
· Fluent in Spanish and English.
