It's an exciting time to join Aidentified. We're a rapidly growing company following our series A funding. We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and help maintain relationships with our customers.
The ideal candidate will make meaningful contributions to our retention, onboarding, and product strategies. Additionally, the candidate will have heavy exposure to, and work alongside, our executive leadership team.
In this role you will: Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners and customer baseDeeply understand your customers' business challenges and how to position our product suite to drive successLead virtual product trainings and webinar sessionsDevelop and monitor ongoing client usage reports and success metric analysisCreate and execute on Success Plans for each customer to drive adoptionIdentify at-risk accounts and manage churn riskRun quarterly business reviews to deepen relationships with key stakeholders, highlight areas of success, elicit feedback, and uncover expansion opportunitiesWork with Product to identify potential enhancements and integrationsCollaborate with account executives on renewal and upsell opportunities identified through ongoing supportWe're looking for a candidate with: At least 2 years experience as a Customer Success Manager or SDR/BDR in the SaaS industryExperience working with both marketing and sales personasProficient with large data sets and using common Excel functions including pivot tables, vlookups, delimiting textsStrong communication and prioritization skills, professional demeanor, and sound judgmentAbility to confidently present in front of groupsComfort with fast-paced and rapidly-changing environmentsGet stuff done, all hands on deck mentalityAbility to efficiently manage time and prioritize large books of businessAbility and desire to work remoteAbout AidentifiedAidentified is the leader in AI-powered relationship-based prospecting, uniquely combining professional and household data to offer brands a 360º view of business prospects and the best path for engagement.
