Open PositionsWe are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, persuasive, quick-learning, and goal-oriented individual to lead the company's outside sales. This includes hands-on work of identifying, pursuing, and closing sales of the company's SaaS product.
Responsibilities: Developing the company's sales pipeline, sales strategies, and materials to increase business opportunity.Sales development, outbound-oriented sales, analyzing prospects, and identifying needs.Demonstrating products through web-based presentations and negotiating through to the close via email and phone.Managing and building a team - recruiting, designing, and implementing a scalable training program and materials for new inside sales hires.Requirements: 1+ years of Outside/Inside Sales experience in the high-tech industry (preferably in SaaS / B2B).Passion for technology.Experience with every single step of a sales process from sales development to closing deals, including building a sales pipeline and upsell techniques.Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.Competitive and driven with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.English mother tongue and excellent oral and written communication and persuasion skills.Preferred: Some technical background.Experience working in a startup environment.We are looking for a motivated, results-driven, creative individual who can demonstrate experience in developing marketing strategies and plans across multiple platforms and channels.
Requirements: A good understanding of the B2B world and SaaS products.Experience working in a small startup environment, where resources might be limited and the marketing budget is not necessarily high.Proven achievements and wide experience in a variety of marketing channels (focus on content marketing and PR).Experience in developing marketing plans for companies, including market research and competitive analysis.High level of English.Preferred: Vast experience in content marketing.Experience working in a startup environment.We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, persuasive, quick-learning, and goal-oriented individual to join the Company's Customer Success Team. This includes managing existing customers and developing long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities: As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage and develop long-term partnerships with some of the biggest online technologies in the world!Increase renewal rates and reduce churn while influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction.Identify and facilitate up-sell opportunities to drive new business growth.Requirements: 1+ years' experience in customer-facing organizations, preferably at enterprise or mid-market SaaS companies.Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.Passion for technology.Experience with every single step of a sales process from sales development to closing deals, including building a sales pipeline and upsell techniques.Competitive and driven with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.English mother tongue and excellent oral and written communication and persuasion skills.Preferred: Some technical background.Experience working in a startup environment.SimilarTech is looking for a talented web developer, with a strong front-end focus to join our growing top-notch R&D team.
Responsibilities: Develop the company's web products, including improving and maintaining existing applications and building future products.Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications.Work closely with the technical founders of SimilarTech.Requirements: 2+ years of development experience in single-page applications using Backbone.js / Ember.js / Knockout.js / AngularJS / React / Vue.js or similar frameworks.Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components.Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them.Experience with version control systems, such as Git.Personal responsibility, ability to work independently, and good interpersonal skills.Passionate about technology, intelligent, curious, and highly motivated.Preferred: Strong UX skills and aesthetic sensibility.Experience with server-side web development technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, Node.js, Java, Python.Experience with relational databases and SQL.Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.SimilarTech is a Big-Data startup with offices in Tel Aviv and San Francisco.

SimilarTech is looking for a smart and determined Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. Responsibilities: Developing the company's sales pipeline, sales strategies, and materials to increase business opportunity.Sales development, outbound-oriented sales, analyzing prospects, and identifying needs.Responding to rejections, detailing SimilarTech's competitive advantages without over-pushing.Sending out a high volume of cold emails/messages and meeting regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas of demos scheduled.Requirements: 1+ years of Outside/Inside Sales experience (preferably in SaaS / B2B, but will consider any sales experience).Passion for technology.Experience with outbound sales/sales development - high-volume emailing.Good time management and organizational skills.Competitive and driven with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.Excellent English (preferably mother tongue) and excellent oral and written communication and persuasion skills.Preferred: Some technical background.Experience working in a startup environment.More Info: Hours: Israeli hours + flexibility for some overtime when needed.Compensation: Strong base pay + commissions based on success.
