Customer Support/Account Representative

Job Summary:

The Customer Support/Account Representative will handle incoming phone calls, escalations, and resolve compensation-related inquiries for Client's accounts.

This role requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency while consistently meeting department performance metrics.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three in-office days per week.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve compensation inquiries from Client's Financial Advisors with a high degree of accuracy. Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions. Consistently meet key performance metrics in a fast-paced financial service environment. Provide functional support for financial advisor compensation and other financial-related inquiries. Adapt quickly to changes and manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy service center. Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment. Required Qualifications: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive financial inquiries. Ability to contribute effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities. Must be able to work remotely, but also willing to work in-office a minimum of 3 days per week. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in financial services or customer support roles. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with compensation or financial-related inquiries.
