Data Entry Specialist
Are you looking to put your Data Entry experience to work in a larger company setting? If so then we have the position for you! In this role you will be providing data entry and processing support for a large department, as well as transferring of automobile titles from customers to customer. Youll be required to gather data and information from multiple sources and compile that information into the companys database. In this job youll also be assigned additional projects as needed that can involve problem solving, data gathering and reporting.
The job duties are as follows:
- Perform a range of data gathering and compiling; entering all the information into Excel spreadsheets or internal company databases.
- Assisting in person customers with transactions and processing their orders.
- Maintain and update internal company files, records, and other documents.
- Other special projects assigned as business needs arise, usually design and creation of custom forms or spreadsheets for internal use.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of previous data entry and customer service work experience, ideally with stable longevity at previous companies.
- Must have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A high level of detail orientation and a knack for process improvements.
- Willingness to accept new challenges and help deliver consistent results.
Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
