**S****UMMARY:******
This position is responsible for interacting with internal customers and personnel to provide a great customer experience.
* Review delivery tickets with customer & oversees the service of vehicle.
* Promote upgrades and accessories to customers.
* Write service tickets for warranty work on new and pre-owned units purchased by customers.
* Interact with Warranty Department to get authorization for Warranty repairs.
* Check status of sublet work and parts orders.
* Communicate with customer as to progress of the coach.
* Work with the sales department as required.
* Maintain NPS standards as set forth by Department Manager.
* Dispatch Repair Orders to tech team on daily basis.
* Keep log sheet of workload for Department Manager and technicians review.
* Meet with the Sales Team and Tech daily to update status of sold vehicles.
* Check on Open Repair Orders daily and close as needed.
* Return all phone messages in a timely manner.
* Keep all paperwork and repair orders current.
* Prepare required reports.
* Meet and greet the customers on day of delivery.
* Attend all company required meetings.
* Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:**
* Valid Florida Drivers License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements
* Detail oriented.
* Excellent time management skills, ability to multi task and re prioritize as needed.
* Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve problems with minimal supervision/direction.
* Mechanical knowledge helpful.
* Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
* Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Two years of dealership service advisor experience is preferred.
* RVIA/ASE certification preferred.
