Our Delivery Drivers perform a critical step in making sure that the items the customer orders make if safely into their establishment. Drivers are the face of Van Eerden and a vital part of the team. While its a tough job, it is an extremely important one to the function of our business and to the satisfaction of the customer.
As a Delivery Driver you can expect that your primary responsibilities would be:
* Ensure safe, accurate, timely and efficient deliveries to our customers.
* Unload product from trailer and place product neatly and carefully in designated customer areas.
* Perform daily DOT inspection of equipment.
* Comply with FMCSA rules and regulations for DOT hours of service and compliance.
* This position requires repetitive bending, lifting, pushing and twisting up to 55 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
**In order to qualify as a candidate for this position, youll need:**
* Must be 21 years old or older
* Must have a CDL-A license
* No felonies
* Must successfully pass a drug screen
This is a home daily delivery position that departs from and returns to Flint, MI.
