Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Call Center Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take inbound calls, communicate with patients to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. Bilingual Preferred. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and can multi-task with great energy. Must have experience working in the dental field.
This is an Independent Contractor role. There will be in-person training for 6-8 weeks and the training schedule can be flexible.
Responsibilities Respond promptly to incoming calls. Effectively handle patient call queues. Maintain clear and courteous communication with patients. Coordinate and schedule patient appointments. Gather accurate demographic information from new patients. Verify existing patient charts to ensure accuracy and currency of information. Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge Qualifications High school diploma/GED. Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is required. Experience with Dental and/or medical office scheduling is required. Must provide own computer. Excellent phone and verbal communication skills. Understanding of active listening techniques. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively. Bilingual is a plus.
