We are currently seeking a Technical Lab Manager to join our team.The Technical Lab Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the fabrication of dental restorations, ensuring the highest quality standards, and leading our team of dental lab technicians. Responsibilities & Requirements of the Technical Lab Manager: 20+ years of experience required
Significant experience in fabricating dentures from start to finish
Same-day denture experience
Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with doctors regarding technical aspects of cases
Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and manage junior technicians
Willingness to participate in sales efforts to help grow the business
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Fabricate dental restorations according to dentist specifications and patient needs
Use knowledge of dental materials, tools, and techniques to create high-quality and functional dental prosthetics
Ensure all work meets industry standards and is completed within required timeframes
Collaborate with dentists and other members of the dental team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of restorations
Maintain inventory of supplies and materials needed for the fabrication of dental prosthetics
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the fabrication process
Train and mentor junior dental laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support
Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe work environment
Keep detailed records of all work completed, including patient information, materials used, and adjustments made
Stay informed about new techniques, materials, and equipment in dental laboratory technology
Provide exceptional customer service to dentists and patients, addressing concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations related to dental laboratory technology
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and productivity
Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay current with company initiatives and best practices
Act as a role model for other dental laboratory technicians, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to quality
Handle full denture fabrication from start to finish, including same-day dentures
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
