Job Duties: Staff Management: Schedule staff, provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and verify/approve time cards and time-off requests. Front Office Duties: Collaborate with front office team members to answer phones, present treatment plans, schedule patients, and verify/bill/post insurance. Business Management: Ensure the practice meets production and collection goals, re-appoint patients, and delivers the exceptional patient experience we strive for. Leadership: Work with providers to lead your team to success, set the office tone from morning huddles to celebrating wins, and everything in between. Minimum Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in Managing specialist dental practice. Proven experience in creating high-quality surgical dental treatments. Preferred Qualifications: Customer service experience. Experience with Open Dental is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
