Who We're Looking For We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Treatment Coordinator will play a vital role in managing patient treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring that all patients receive outstanding care and understand the financial and procedural aspects of their treatment plans.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients from the initial consultation through the completion of their treatment. Clearly explain treatment plans and any associated costs to patients, ensuring they understand their clinical needs and treatment options. Coordinate and schedule appointments, manage follow-up visits, and maintain ongoing communication with patients to ensure adherence to their treatment plan. Work closely with the dental team to monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as necessary. #CB
