Job Description: Conduct Value Analysis Value Engineering (VAVE) studies to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased value.Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to gather data and insights on existing products and processes.Analyze product design, materials, manufacturing processes, and supply chain to identify areas for optimization and improvement.Develop and implement innovative solutions and design modifications that enhance product functionality, reduce costs, and improve manufacturability.Collaborate with suppliers to identify alternative materials, components, or manufacturing methods that offer cost and quality advantages.Conduct value engineering workshops and facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for cost reduction and value enhancement.Create detailed reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and cost-saving opportunities to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of VAVE initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts
