We're seeking a Project Manager to optimize and streamline our design operations within the design and creative teams. Your goal will be to help the design team get their work done, enhancing team productivity through refining processes, removing obstacles, and ensuring seamless collaboration between functions. You will be critical in ensuring that our design and creative teams focus on delivering impactful work.
ResponsibilitiesManage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and design, to ensure smooth project execution.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.Manage design operations, including asset management, design systems, and design tools.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and design operations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, design, technology)5+ years of project management experience within a design or creative environmentExperience with Agile project management methodologiesStrong understanding of design principles and processesExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello)Experience with design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plusLazarus AI is an equal opportunity employer.
