Design & Pre-Construction Manager

The Design & Pre-Construction Manager leads the planning of a construction project. Must maintain all parties informed of the department's progress regarding time, budget and resources, such as costs estimates, work-in-progress, performance and productivity analysis, and delivery dates. Includes managing the budget, determining project feasibility, and developing a schedule. Works with the design team to ensure that the project design meets all requirements and to identify potential issues. Should establish delivery milestones, strive for productivity improvement, verify milestones, and validate quality of deliverables. Will assist the team in the development of cost estimates and projections, and participate in design decisions, evaluations, studies, value engineering and analysis, scheduling, constructability reviews, and more. Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering. Professional License not required but preferred. A minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of related experience. Experience with defining and maintaining budgets and schedules. Highly experienced in managing and achieving client's expectations.• Outstanding leadership skills to direct a multidisciplinary team of design and construction professionals to successfully design and build projects. Proficient in P6, Office 365 including Excel, Word and Power Point. Schedule Management: Ability to successfully manage time requirements, delegate tasks and meet project timelines.
