Desktop Support Technician (iOS/MacOS) Day 1 Onsite Mesa Arizona Hybris - 3 days onsite / week Long term contract *Prefer only W2 Candidates* Job Description: Minimum 3+ Years exp required.Strong experience with Apple hardware and software, Including the latest versions of macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.Must have a solid understanding of the Apple BrandStrong troubleshooting ability; can take steps to isolate issues and determine root cause through investigative analysis in an environment where little knowledge/experience/documentation existsStrong communication skills; effectively communicate the issue, root cause, and resolution in technical termsExperience with Unix, LinuxExperience working with ticket management systems Skill Sets -Preference Attention to Detail - Is Required
