They will also engage with donors and foundation funders, effectively communicating the organization's story and galvanizing support for its essential work.

Applicants for the Development Director position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' development experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for reproductive freedom, exceptional communication and management skills, and a proven track record in development and fundraising. The role requires the ability to oversee all aspects of fundraising and donor communications, ensuring consistent and adequate funding to fulfill the organization's mission.
