Digital Asset Manager
How do you fit in?
We are seeking a Digital Asset Manager to join our creative team and oversee the management, trafficking, and archiving of photo and video assets. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital asset management systems and workflows, coupled with expertise in photo and video production technologies.
This position will report to the
Art Director, Photo & Video.
What you will do:
Manage the organization, storage, and retrieval of digital assets, including photos and videos, using DAM systems.
Collaborate with freelance e-commerce photography crews and in-house teams to ensure seamless workflow and production efficiency.
Oversee post-production processes, including metadata entry, image processing, retouching, and final delivery (including publishing to site as well as external partners), while maintaining professional imaging standards.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to communicate project specifications and requirements, ensuring timely delivery of assets for product launches.
Maintain digital asset management systems and studio equipment, including software updates and hardware maintenance.
What you can bring:
3+ years of experience in e-commerce studio assistance or digital technician roles, preferably within the fashion industry.
Proficiency Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite, with a thorough understanding of e-commerce shoot processes, retouching practices, and color management.
Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing timelines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines under pressure.

The annual base salary range for this position is from
$75,000-$80,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
