Project Manager – Ad Agency
Top 3-5 skills, experience. Project/Process Management skills: This includes preparing and reviewing project documents, ensuring timely and accurate communication for project completion, and managing digital assets. This also includes scheduling and coordinating the project team.Advanced Knowledge/Skills: Relevant experience managing an array of digital projects. The main digital projects that will require project management include: Veemail, SFMC, AEM Websites, Banner Ads, iRep, and eWizard. The candidate should also have HTML development experience, an understanding of SEO and digital/mobile metrics.Relevant software includes AEM, Knak, Veeva, Workfront, and Kantata.As a Project Manager you will closely collaborate with the Digital team to manage an array of digital projects, including websites, emails, banner ads, and apps. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS Experience managing a variety of digital projects, with specific experience managing Veemail, SFMC, AEM Websites, Banner Ads, iRep. eWizard experience is a plus, but not required.Maintain knowledge of guidelines including, but not limited to, promotional material development, PromoMats submission, material review process and corporate compliance.Possess experience with HTML development and understanding its constraints, SEO measurement and management, as well as digital and mobile metrics.Maintain an intimate understanding of the Agency Workflow Process including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals and reviews, production and archiving.Demonstrate critical creative thinking and problem solving skills. PROJECT/PROCESS MANAGEMENT Prepare, maintain, or review project documentation, such as functional requirements, to ensure digital submissions are prepared correctly.Facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.Set up and manage routes for digital assets within the Agency project management system.Schedule all team meetings, capture notes, and distribute recaps with action items.Assist Digital Manager and Digital Account Manager with providing estimates and timelines.
