Responsibilities Lead/direct/conduct M&A due diligence projectsCraft complex financial modelsAnalyze challenging multi-entity financial statementsForensically assess operating and cash-flow forecastsPrepare and analyze rolling cash-flow reportsPrepare and present "deep dive and root cause" analysis to clientsMitigate purchase price risks derived from business case analyticsPresent strategic findings to client engagement management teams.Business Development success within the Boston market arena.Qualifications & Requirements CPA certification is required for considerationMBA is strongly preferredExpertise within the public accounting sector coupled with both financial modeling and client facing M&A presentations are required for consideration.***Note - Only highly qualified, local and "on target" candidates will be contacted.*** Compensation for this role will ideally be between $200-240k+b.
