This remote role is pivotal to the company's growth, and the ideal candidate will be based in California. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for targeting new leads within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, leveraging their extensive experience in selling drug discovery and preclinical chemistry services. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in the CRO space, with at least 5 years' experience in drug discovery sales and 7 years in the life science industry.

The role requires a professional with an active client network, capable of driving business and fostering strategic partnerships. The Director of Business Development will play a key role in the company's expansion, offering comprehensive testing solutions from early discovery to clinical stages.
