Job Description Summary:

The Director, Clinical Enterprise will have operational and strategic responsibilities for a portfolio of physician practices, ambulatory care settings and/or programmatic leadership within the neuroscience service line. The position will be responsible for the ongoing operational execution of defined service line clinical programs, engaging with highly matrixed relationships throughout the enterprise and with all business units. This role will partner with physician and administrative leadership teams to drive successful efforts to support service line, medical group, and care site goals on delivering on the value equation of quality, service, and cost efficiency, while maintaining an exceptional provider and staff culture.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's degree preferred
7+ years healthcare management and/or strategy leadership experience.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Medical Group/Hospital/Service line operations
Strategic planning, process improvement / LEAN operations, business acumen Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement skills.

*Strong preference for clinical/nursing background*
This position will have strategic and operational oversight for our Cerebrovascular and Epilepsy Programs.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
Proven track record in management and direction of primary and secondary healthcare services
Effective physician relationship building, and demonstrated ability to interface in a matrix relationship with leaders in other business units.
Knowledge of JCAHO, Medicare and other regulatory requirements and process is a plus.
Skill sets including strong communication and interpersonal skills, performance measures- and outcomes-driven; collaboration and collegiality; problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
